“Burri, Leoncillo, Nuvolo. Dalla Valle Museo a Roma”
Opening: December 8, 2022, at 6 p.m.

Tomorrow, Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 6 p.m., the exhibition “Burri, Leoncillo, Nuvolo. Dalla Valle Museo a Roma” at Galleria delle Arti in Città di Castello.
Curator, Lorenzo Fiorucci presents it as “a reflection around three artists: Burri, Leoncillo and Nuvolo linked by a land of origin: Umbria, and by a training territory as the Upper Tiber Valley, the “Valle Museo,” which for all three represented a decisive junction for the development of their paths. Paths that cross in Rome, since the 1950s, where each, independently, will refine their artistic language.”
The group show is set up in Via Albizzini 21/a, in the historic center of Città di Castello, at the Galleria delle Arti founded in 1976 by Luigi Amadei, which over the years has experienced a succession of exhibitions dedicated to great artists of modern and contemporary art, to name a few: Accardi, Afro, Burri, Bruschetti, Cagli, Capogrossi, Cascella, Colla, De Chirico, Dorazio, Fontana, Guttuso, Kounellis, Leoncillo, Magnelli, Mannucci, Mirko, Morlotti, Nuvolo, Pomodoro, Sironi, et alt.
The exhibition will remain open until Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
