CUCITI A MACCHINA (1956-1963)

The works in this cycle – born from the Vigorelli machine – are the result of a different way of drawing and chromatically sampling pictorial space. The principle of assembling and joining the mechanically stitched materials recalls that of the collage that makes up Scacchi.
