SCACCHI (1953-1957)

The principle, to which the works in this pictorial cycle refer, is the recovery of serigraphic remains, combined with the geometric-spatial research permitted by the rectangular or square shape of the cutouts. The different polychromy of the parts results in a composite and dynamic unity of the image.
