TOTEM (1990-1993)

The name is reminiscent of the Oigroig cycle, which in some circumstances was presented as Totem, risking the overlap between the cycles that were nevertheless created in two extremely distant work phases. These unique, small-format works have forms and gestures typical of the 1990s, are closer to the stylistic signature of Genesi than to that of the works of the 1960s, and take the form of a posthumous reworking of formal and theoretical principles and concepts investigated for over forty years.
