ABITO (1959)

In 1959, Nuvolo participated in the competition “Premio di pittura Sorelle Fontana. Dieci pittori per dieci vestiti”, organised by the Fontana sisters, with exhibitions in Rome and New York. The autographed work was reproduced on silk by the Bedetti and Pedraglio silk factories in Como, and used for the creation of three cocktail dresses; only one of these is kept at the Micol Fontana Foundation in Rome.
